Denver Wedding Flowers | Cori Cook + Becky Young Photography

I love the simple beauty of this wedding we did with Becky Young Photography in June.  What girl doesn't love a bridal bouquet made of peonies?  "It's so fluffy I could die!"  Name that movie quote and I will give you something free...

Bridal Bouquet made of peonies, roses, and spray roses.  Simple and classy!

Bridesmaids Bouquets were made of red roses, hearts roses, spray roses, and gladiolus blooms.  Hand-tied in baclk satin with a damask banding.  The maid of honor's bouquet had a black/rhinestone brooch (see below). 

Breckenridge Wedding Flowers | Cori Cook + Becky Young

One of the things I have loved most about this summer is our mountain weddings!  I have so enjoyed getting to know some of Colorado's finest mountain towns like Vail, Beaver Creek, Aspen, and Breckenridge!  This wedding was another favorite to work on as Michelle (the beautiful bride!) was a blast to work with.  Not only was she super laid back and open to ideas, but everything about her weddings was colorful and exuberant!  When I saw this first picture, I immediately emailed my dear friend and photography genius, Becky Young to say, "That is my favorite photo of all time!"  I love the excitement and joy caught in that moment.  Congrats, Michelle & Colin!!!  It was my pleasure to work with you!  Keep in touch (:

The Bridal Bouquet was a vibrant mix of colors.  Flowers used were orange dahlias, fuchsia spray roses, yellow roses, oncidium orchids (one of my favs!) and billy balls.  

Boutonnieres were made of orange mokara orchids and lily grass loops.  With a turquoise bowtie to match the guys' patterned ties.  

Again, another fabulous shot of this new style of corsage that we have been designing.  A single fuchsia peony on a beaded wristlet.  So chic and fun for non-traditional moms!

Michelle had a patterned aisle runner and we provided clean, modern lanterns with yellow oncidium orchids peeping through the open tops.  

 

  Michelle's banquet-style tables were decorated with patterned runners and lantern floral arrangements.  I love how crisp and clean these turned out!  We also included several vintage bottles down the center of the table with mono-botanical arrangements of zinnias, billy balls, and bells of ireland.  Just a fun pop of color!

The Rembrandt Yard Wedding Flowers | Michelle & Eric in Boulder, CO

Oooohhhh!  I just love sharing weddings like this one on my blog---This wedding was a blast from the very beginning! Michelle and Eric are the perfect clients.  They are obviously and completely in love, they are respectful, kind, considerate, and SO MUCH FUN! 

This wedding was also the perfect wedding because it was the first time two of my fav buds and I got to work together! Rachel, from Talia Events coordinated the wedding, while the talented Becky Young photographed it (and both did a darn good job in my opinion!)  Beyond loving working with them, both have become true friends and have made my job way more fun!  Plus, in my opinion, when you get the three of us together, the collaboration is dynamic (:   

We used a variety of seasonal, local florals like sunflowers, dahlias, bells of ireland, billy balls (my fav!), kale, jasmine, and as you can see...a few others (:  Enjoy these lovely photos compliments of the amazing Becky Young!

Cherry Blossom Wedding | Cassie & Justin

Pink Wedding Dress?  What?!?  I loved Cassie's choice to wear a "rose pearl" wedding dress.  I have so many wonderful things to say about this wedding, but I am going to let these lovely pictures speak for themselves! Compliments of one of my fav photographers, Becky Young Photography.
