Kara & Mark at the Red Lion Restaurant

I love doing bouquets that have a free-flowing, wildflower look.  I don't think flowers need much help when it comes to looking beautiful.  This is why I loved doing Kara's wedding---we used mostly line flowers---delphinium, bells of ireland, calla lilies, lavender, and other seasonal goodies!

And aren't they the most gorgeous couple?  I love the way that Urban Art captured the color of their beautiful day.  Happy Monday!

Ashley & Matt's Wedding

I am in love with these photos. I cannot say enough about how fun it was to be a part of this wedding. I got to work with my cousin-to-be and in the process made a really great friendship with her! Ashley had BIG vision for her wedding flowers (a quality that compliments my style!) She choose pale yellow bridesmaid dresses with plum colored flowers for "pop." Ashley loves orchids so we made sure to use them in many forms in her bouquets, the bridesmaid bouquets, her arch, centerpieces, buffet displays, escort cards...you name it and there was probably an orchid in it (:

Other favs about the wedding include: their custom written wedding vows, tables named after mountain towns, the bridal party first dance (which was a choreographed number to "Soilder Boy"), and their photographer, Karina Henghan! Karina is both fun and professional and let's be honest, she is a killer photographer! Just look at these shots! Another great vendor at this wedding was Continental Divine! Their catering is amazing. They have a great staff that are efficient, friendly, and helpful! Ashley and Matt's wedding was planned to the tee with tray passed appetizers (And who can pass up their famous "frickles?"), carving stations, and a kids buffet!

Photography compliments of Karina Heneghan.
